Seashells

Seashells...........ISN'T TRADING THEM FORBIDDEN?

Many people associate seashells with forbidden commodities, like for instance endangered species and  corals.

However we distinguish three groups of seashells in international trade:

  1. Forbidden seashells: those are protected and banned for trade.
  2. Seashells which need special licence to sell them. The so called 'cites'.
  3. Free marketable seashells: this is the group of shells that does not need cites to trade them. Those are the seashells we sell. They can be exported to almost all countries without the need to include special documents.
